The prizes for each category will be:
Category 1 : Prize 1 correspond to the photo with the most « likes », Prize 5 to the one with the least « likes » among the 5 photos selected by the jury.

Tsume S. A. (thereafter called « the Promoter ») registered under the number: B151925 and whose headquarters are located Zone industrielle Rolach, Sandweiler, L-5280, Luxembourg Organizes from April 21st , 2016, 00h01 to May 20th, 2016, 23h59, a game called: « » (thereafter called « the Game »), following the rules described below. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network., Google, Apple or Microsoft.2 ? Eligibility

3 ? How to Enter
The Game will be conducted between the dates cited in article 1. To take part in the Game, each participant can choose one of the three categories listed below. 3.1 : Category 1: Highlight your Tsume collection. 3.1.1 Each participant submits a photo highlighting one or more figures made by Tsume (HQS ou HQF ou Xtra) on his Facebook wall, while tagging « Tsume-Art », as well as e-mailing it at « contest@tsume-art.com » with a size below 2 MB before May, 8th 2016 at 23h59 with the object of the mail: ?Contest 50K category 1?. 3.1.2 The jury will take a day of deliberation and 5 chosen photos will be posted on the Facebook page of Tsume Art ( http://www.facebook.com/tsumeart ) from May, 10th 2016, 00h01 to May 20th, 23h59 to be submitted to the vote of the public. 3.1.3 The photos must respect the thema : « Highlight your Tsume collection ». Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, or material that violates the rights of third parties. Entries containing any forbidden matter or material otherwise deemed by the Promoter to be inappropriate will be disqualified. 3.1.4 The participant states and guaranties: By entering, you represent that your entry is your own original work and you own or have the rights to convey any and all right and title in any material submitted as part of your entry into the Contest. 3.1.5 Regarding publications rights: By entering, you grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote your submission, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). 3.2 : Category 2 : Tsume Quizz 3.2.1 Each participant answers a quizz of 15 questions concerning the Promoter. The form is available on the blog HQB by Tsume: http://v1.tsume-art.com/blog/. 3.3 : Category 3 : Draw your ideal HQS Tsume. 3.3.1 Each participant submits a personal drawing on his Facebook wall while tagging « Tsume-Art » and e-mailing it at « contest@tsume-art.com » with a size below 2 MB before May 8th, 2016 at 23h59 with the object of the e-mail: ?Contest 50K category 3?. 3.3.2 The jury will take a day to deliberate and the 5 drawings chosen will be posted on the Facebook page of Tsume Art and submitted to the vote of the public from May 10th, 2016 at 00h01 to May 20th, 2016 at 23h59. 3.3.3 The drawing can be made using traditional or digital means. 3.3.4 By taking part in this contest, the author of the drawing accepts the fact that his drawing is a fan art inspired by original works, which he doesn?t own the rights for and that actual or future Tsume productions may bear unintentional similarities to his drawing. He agrees not to sue Tsume for rights issues related to the image. 3.3.5 Regarding publications rights : By entering, you grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote your submission, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). 3.4 Only one submission by person (same name, same surname, same e-mail address) by category is allowed during the whole duration of the Game4 ? Judging
The winners will be selected as follows: Category 1: The jury made of members of Tsume?s staff will choose 5 pictures that will afterward be submitted to the vote of the public on the Facebook Page of Tsume-Art. The prizes will be awarded based on the number of « Likes » on the picture. Category 2 : 5 winners will be picked among the questionnaires with 100% good answers. Category 3 : The jury made of members of Tsume?s staff will choose 5 drawings that will afterward be submitted to the vote of the public on the Facebook Page of Tsume-Art. The prizes will be awarded based on the number of « Likes » on the drawings. The winners will be announced during the TSUME LIVE of May and contacted by e-mail within 7 days of the announcement of the results. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.5 ?
