Here it is, the long-awaited production update!
To optimize our production and delivery times, we have decided to make significant changes to our organization. Our goal: to work with more factories, spread the manufacturing workload more evenly, and strengthen our on-site oversight.
What this means in practice
Some of the pieces whose production is still at an early stage will be distributed among different factories.
This reorganization is already underway. Depending on the project and the factory, it may lead to shifts in production schedules.
Why this is a positive move in the medium term
We know this transition may be inconvenient in the short term, and we are doing everything we can to keep delays to a minimum. Above all, it lays the foundations for smoother, more responsive production. A stronger presence of our teams in China will allow us to follow manufacturing more closely and better meet our delivery schedules.
A gesture for affected collectors
Customers whose pieces are delayed will be offered compensation. We will get back to you very soon with more details, depending on the pieces affected and the estimated delay.
