You are responsible for managing and optimizing all the company's logistics operations. You play a key role in Tsume's international development and in effectively negotiating costs to ensure its competitiveness and profitability in foreign markets.

Responsibilities

Logistics Strategy :

Define and implement a logistics strategy aligned with international development objectives.

Identify partners and logistics networks necessary to support TSUME’s international expansion.

Coordinate global logistics operations, considering local regulations and market specificities.

Flow Management :

Oversee the supply chain, including the import and export of goods.

Ensure the smooth flow of transportation, storage, and distribution.

Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Negotiation and Cost Management :

Negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers to optimize costs while maintaining a high level of service.

Conduct precise budget monitoring and identify cost-saving opportunities by proposing optimization strategies.

Continuous Improvement :

Establish performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze and improve logistics processes.

Propose innovative solutions to reduce delays, costs, and the environmental impact of logistics activities.


Team Coordination and Management :

Collaborate with sales, production, and administrative teams to ensure consistency in global logistics operations.

Ensure compliance with customs and international regulations.

Supervise and train the logistics team.

Effectively allocate tasks and motivate team members.

Assist teams with operational tasks during periods of high activity.


Monitoring and Compliance :

Ensure logistics operations comply with current standards and regulations.

Stay updated on market trends and logistics innovations to keep the company at the forefront.

Qualifications and Skills


Education:

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a similar field.  

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with significant international experience.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in logistics management tools and ERP software (Odoo).

In-depth knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations.


Personal Skills :

Excellent negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Good communication skills in both French and English.

Valid driving license (Category B).
